As part of a larger overhaul of Holy Family University’s Campus Center, the Tiger Café received a fresh and cohesive set of station signs to enhance the dining experience. The project aimed to create clear, engaging, and visually appealing signage that reflects both the university’s identity and the unique offerings of each food station.
A key highlight of this project is Blue’s Grille, named after the university’s mascot, Blue the Tiger. This call-out sign features a bold and dynamic design that ties into the school’s spirit while clearly identifying the grill station. Other signage includes Main Course, Ice Cream, Deli Counter, and Vegan & Vegetarian, just to name a few. Each sign incorporates a custom icon pattern, carefully designed to match the type of food served at each station. These patterns add a layer of visual storytelling, making the signs both functional and engaging.
This project played a crucial role in modernizing the Tiger Café, improving wayfinding, and enhancing the overall student dining experience. By blending thoughtful design with university branding, the new signage creates a welcoming and intuitive space for the Holy Family community.
